Begin the year with a new routine. Learn to Meditate, Reignite your Practice, and Take Refuge in the Sangha. No experience necessary. Beginner's Mind always encouraged :)
January 1-10, 6-7am*
*Day one will have a later start time. Jan. 1st will begin at 7:30am!
We will be practicing seated Vipassana (insight) meditation, with ample time for movement between sessions. All props provided for a comfortable seated practice.
Please dress in warm layers, socks recommended.
