Meditation Mini-Retreat


Begin the year with a new routine. Learn to Meditate, Reignite your Practice, and Take Refuge in the Sangha. No experience necessary. Beginner's Mind always encouraged :)

Please dress in warm layers, socks recommended.

We will be practicing seated Vipassana (insight) meditation, with ample time for movement between sessions. All props for a comfortable sit provided.
